Refund conditions change for walk-up tickets

Your booking may contain one or more walk-up tickets (Anytime, Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak or Travelcard) that are only refundable until 23:59 the day before the tickets are valid for travel. They are non-refundable on or after the day the tickets become valid for travel.
