Your booking may contain one or more walk-up tickets (Anytime, Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak or Travelcard) that are only refundable until 23:59 the day before the tickets are valid for travel. They are non-refundable on or after the day the tickets become valid for travel.

We will dispatch tickets by normal post to the address you specify during the delivery process. You should always ensure that the address provided is correct. Tickets will be processed and dispatched by First Class post within 24 hours of booking.
